FAQs
Q: What makes your services different from other consultants or agencies?
A: With 15+ years across global brands and startup launches, we bring hands-on expertise in product development, sourcing, and supply chain strategy. We don’t just advise—We connect the dots, build real-world solutions, and move your concept forward with precision and efficiency.
Q: How can I get started with your services?
A: You can get started by submitting the “Work With Us” form on our website. We’ll then schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
Q: Do you offer trial periods for your services?
A: No. Product development and sourcing require upfront research, strategy, and outreach—none of which can be accurately assessed in a short-term “trial.” We begin with a paid discovery phase or retainer to initiate work, ensuring both parties are aligned on expectations and outcomes.
Q: How long does product development take, and is there a minimum commitment?
A: To ensure real results, we require a minimum three-month retainer for ongoing advisory and development support. Typical product development timelines vary: Apparel usually takes 4–6 months; hard goods can take 6–9 months or longer. This does not include bulk production, shipping clearance, or delivery.
Q: What do I need to have ready before we begin?
A: At a minimum, you should have a defined business need, an approved budget or funding, and available product concepts, references, or requirements. For production-focused projects, relevant technical materials such as tech packs are important. If you are still defining your product or requirements, we can help guide that process as part of a scoped and paid engagement.
Q: What deliverables can I expect?
A: Deliverables are defined by the scope of the engagement. Depending on the project, they may include strategic research, sourcing strategy, supplier outreach, cost analysis, operational recommendations, roadmaps, production planning, and other project-specific outputs.
Q: How do you handle scope, budget, and communication?
A: Scope, priorities, and pricing are established at the beginning of each engagement. Any changes or additional services are discussed before work proceeds. Communication is professional, direct, and structured around the needs of the project.
We work closely with a licensed business accountant and have access to legal professionals to help ensure our business processes and client engagements are structured with appropriate financial and legal considerations in mind.
Q: What kind of clients do you work best with?
A: We work best with companies that value experienced collaboration, clear communication, and long-term strategy. Our clients are prepared to invest in solving business challenges properly rather than looking for quick fixes or speculative work.
Q: Can you help if I have an idea but don't know where to start?
A: Yes. We help companies evaluate product concepts, define development and sourcing requirements, identify potential suppliers, and build a practical path from concept toward production and launch.
